Job Description
Provide strategic and operational HR advice to leadership and management teams.
Support workforce planning and employee relations initiatives.
Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
Advise on performance management and career development strategies.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR-related challenges and prospects.
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:
Proven experience in human resources,



preferably within the healthcare or not for profit industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in Australia.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy workplace.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

What's on Offer
Hourly rate of $50.00 to $60.00 AUD, depending on experience.
