A casual position has become available for a Practice Nurse located in Upper Coomera (Medicross Brygon Medical). We offer a supportive team-based environment in which the Practice Nurse will work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality, individualised care.

Key Responsibilities:

Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
n
Immunisation
n
Ear syringing
n
Minor Procedures
n
Recalls
n
ECG's and Spirometry
n
Ordering stock and vaccines
n
General Practice support
n

n

Skills and Experience:

n

n
Knowledge of chronic disease management is essential
n
Capacity to multi task, prioritise and positive time management
n




Must be pro-active with a can do positive attitude
n
Professional presentation
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Prior General Practice nursing experience is advantageous
n
