Job Description

Greenpeace Australia Pacific is seeking a Call Centre Coach in Sydney to lead and develop our telefundraising team. Based in Rosebery, this full time 12-month fixed-term role focuses on coaching, high performance, and delivering outbound campaigns with integrity.

You will work with the Call Centre Manager and Team Leader, coach staff, monitor quality, ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, and inspire supporters while upholding GPAP values.
