Greystones Recruitment is partnering with one of Regional Victoria's premier hospitality venues to recruit a Venue Operations Manager (Duty Manager). You will oversee day-to-day operations during shifts, leading multiple hospitality outlets and ensuring exceptional customer service across dining, bars, gaming and entertainment spaces.
