Job Description

Constant Contact is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist to deliver high-touch onboarding and expert technical support for APAC customers. You will guide activation, reduce churn, and translate complex issues into growth prospects in a hybrid Brisbane-based role.

You'll work across onboarding, support, and knowledge management while maintaining CRM records and KPIs like CSAT and NPS. Prior SaaS experience and solid communication are essential.
