Job Description

Master Hire is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our Rocklea branch in a casual role. You will greet customers, advise on equipment availability and pricing, and help maintain showroom, yard and storage areas.

You will inspect and prepare hire equipment, coordinate with operations and workshop teams to ensure readiness, and provide protected-use demonstrations. A positive attitude, ability to multitask, and basic computer skills are essential; LR or forklift licence is highly regarded.
