Job Description

The Salvation Army is seeking a values-driven AOD Case Worker to provide day-to-day service delivery in a recovery-oriented workplace. Based in Erina (Gosford), the role offers full time hours with SCHADS Level 4 terms and conditions.

You will develop treatment plans, manage documentation, and coordinate referrals, while collaborating with other services to support participants' recovery journeys.
