Job Description

The Natural Grocery Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Maroochydore store on a permanent full time basis (38 hours per week). Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead and drive the store's performance across operations, people management, merchandising and customer service.

The role requires solid leadership, people skills, cash handling, and the ability to work Tuesday to Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off.
