Job Description

Benedict Recycling is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for the Chipping Norton Recycling site to lead a busy afternoon shift. You will direct production, coordinate tasks, and manage safety, quality, and customer service while maintaining productive yard and equipment operations.

The role is a full time afternoon shift, with hours typically from 2:00pm to 12:00am on weekdays and 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturdays, with penalty rates and overtime per the relevant award.
