Job Description

Integral Home Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Family Support Worker to provide person-centred care in participants' homes and communities across Greater Western Sydney. You will assist with daily living, personal care, community access, and family respite in line with NDIS plans.

Essential qualifications include Cert III/IV in support fields, First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and a valid local driver's licence. Travel between households is required with a vehicle allowance provided.
