Job Description

Austin Health is seeking a Community Linking & Leisure Specialist to support individuals in reconnecting with community life through person-centred leisure and community participation. Based at Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre, Kew, the role offers part time hours (0.5–0.8 EFT) and opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a passion for community inclusion, robust communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
