Job Description

Coolamon Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified Cook to join Allawah Lodge Aged Care Residential facility in NSW. This full time role requires 38 hours per week with a pattern of 8 days on, 6 days off, including every second weekend, and working autonomously as well as with colleagues.

You will prepare meals to meet dietary needs, create seasonal menus, perform audits and ordering, maintain kitchen hygiene, and comply with HACCP and Food Safety standards.
