This role provides the front-line services and has the responsibilities of guiding our patients through administrative and financial aspects of their treatment.

Providing high-quality reception and secretarial services to the patients, doctors, and staff
n




Greeting patients and visitors in personal and on the phone
n
Scheduling appointments for patients
n
General office and administrative duties
n
Opening and closing the clinic as required
n

About you:

n

n
Solid communication and IT skills
n
Previous medical receptionist experience (advantageous)
n
Ability to multitask
n
The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
n
Experience using Best Practice software (advantageous)
n
Critical attention to detail
n
Experience in customer service
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
