We are a well established accounting firm who have operated in the Hunter Region for over 25 years. We have a diverse range of clients which provide the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to work on a varied portfolio. With two recently appointed recent Partners we are looking to grow our firm.

Working in Newcastle, you will be a part of a energetic team of dedicated professionals who aspire to provide exceptional quality service to their clients.

Duties will include:

n
Preparation and maintenance of high-quality work papers for clients
n
Completion of special assignments for the firm as required
n
Preparation and presentation of staff training when required
n

Skills and Experience

n

The successful candidate must be able to work fulltime.

n

Prior experience working in a chartered accounting firm in Australia would be highly regarded.

n

Be skilled at using Microsoft Excel

Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency including formulas is required
n
Very high level of attention to detail

You must be either studying or have completed a Bachelor Degree in Business/Commerce majoring in Accounting in an Australia university as a minimum & have a desire to complete your CA or CPA.
