Motorline BMW & MINI Garage are owned by Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Autosports Group employs over 3000 people across 100 dealerships located in Australia and Recent Zealand.

About The Role:

n

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will manage incoming and outbound calls, ensuring an exceptional customer experienced our valued clients. You will play a key role in supporting the service team and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

In this role you will be:

n

n
Managing incoming customer calls and enquiries regarding vehicle service appointments.
n
Scheduling and coordinating bookings for service and repairs.
n
Maintaining accurate customer records and vehicle information in the system.
n
Communicating effectively with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow.
n
Providing timely updates and follow-ups to customers regarding their service.
n
Generate and analyse basic reports to identify opportunities for improvement
n
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
n

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:





n

n
Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service setting.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
n
Proficiency in using booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
