We're a busy tyre & mechanical workshop looking for an organised, confident and experienced Store Manager.

This isn't just a desk role – you'll be at the centre of the action, managing customer service, bookings, invoicing, stock tracking and offering support/guidance to the workshop team. If you have experience in this role or similar and are looking for change with real growth opportunities, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:
n
Greet customers and manage phone/online enquiries
n
Make bookings and coordinate workflow for mechanics and tyre fitters
n
Process invoices and payments
n
Keep track of stock and assist with ordering
n
Deliver exceptional customer service every day
n
Monitor time management of workshop
n
Maintain daily kpi targets set for the shop - sales
n
Hold the ability to motivate and drive increased sales performance
n
What we're looking for:

Solid organisation and multitasking skills
n
Ability to upsell
n
Excellent people skills – confident on the phone and in person
n
Prior admin or customer service experience in the automotive industry
n
A positive, proactive attitude with drive to learn and grow
n
A self motivated person that is a team player
n
