Job Description

Beckons' Silky Oaks Lodge in the Daintree Rainforest is seeking a warm, knowledgeable Guest Services Agent to guide guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless, memorable stay at one of Australia's premier luxury lodges.

You will manage check-in/check-out, reservations and concierge services, coordinating with F&B;, Housekeeping and Spa teams to anticipate needs and resolve requests with genuine care. Shared accommodation is available for relocation to the Daintree region.
