You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the property is well-maintained, managing contractors, and delivering top-quality service to residents. Supported by an experienced Operations Manager and admin team, you'll help implement maintenance plans and ensure the building runs smoothly.

Robust attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

Capable of working independently with excellent time management skills.

Solid communication and management abilities.

Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn current systems.
