The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to two key members of our College Leadership Team: the Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning and the Deputy Principal – Student Life and Wellbeing. This is a permanent, full-time position working a minimum of 43 weeks per annum.

Serving as the operational anchor for both Deputy Principals, you will maximise executive efficiency by orchestrating complex administrative, logistical, and communication requirements across both portfolios. We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment,



maintains immaculate organisational standards, and exercises flawless discretion and poise under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

The will
Deliver high-level, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy Principal - Teaching & Learning and Deputy Principal - Student Life & Wellbeing
Proactively manage complex executive calendars, priority scheduling, and meeting logistics
Partner with leadership to organise and execute key school events, including Parent-Teacher Interviews and Academic Assemblies
Support daily College administration and timetabling functions, stepping in to perform Daily Organiser duties as needed
Oversee end-to-end logistics, bookings, and tracking for staff Professional Development programs
Draft structured agendas, capture accurate meeting minutes, and track action items to drive accountability
