Job Description

Glassons is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead from the floor, drive sales and coach a young, rapid-moving team. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to lift performance, develop capability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in retail leadership, a solid track record of hitting KPIs, and comfort with data and store systems. Power BI experience is a bonus as you help optimise stock flow and sales performance.
