Chromagen is a global leader in the field of renewable energy products. We offer a comprehensive range of hot water products including solar water heaters, heat pumps and gas continuous flow. We are looking for a qualified Hot Water Service Plumber to expand our vibrant team

The ideal successful candidate will have:

Valid plumbing with gas fitting license (required)
n
Red card/white card (required)
n
Extensive plumbing experience specialising in hot water installation and service (highly preferred)
n
First aid cert I (highly preferred)
n
Sound communication skills
n

About the Role and Responsibilities

n

n
Service gas continuous flow water heaters, heat pumps & solar hot water systems.
n
Install hot water systems
n




Provide technical support to customers and agents
n
Assist with resolution of customer complaints
n
Follow up solutions from service calls
n
Coordination of warranty parts returning for testing
n
