Job Description

Climate Council in Melbourne is seeking a donor support specialist to be the first voice for our supporters. You will answer calls, reply to emails, process donations and help shape campaigns with insights drawn from donor interactions.

With at least one year in a similar role, you will balance inbound support with fundraising administration, maintain CRM data accuracy in Salesforce, and collaborate with a high-performing team to grow our community and funding for climate action.
