Job Description

Hugo Care in Mareeba, QLD is seeking an experienced Mental Health / Disability Support Worker to provide one-to-one community-based support to an NDIS participant. This casual/part time role suits a mature person with experience in mental health, psychosocial disability, trauma-informed care and behaviours of concern.

The worker will stay calm during distress, maintain skilled boundaries, and work collaboratively with an RN and the care team.
