The Role:

We're seeking a Bar Supervisor who brings energy, creativity, and leadership to the floor. You'll lead a high-performing bar team, curate memorable guest experiences, and help create the vibe, from music and mood to mixology and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and develop your bar team
n
Oversee daily bar operations with a hands-on approach
n
Deliver seamless, high-quality service during busy periods
n
Manage stock, ordering, and budgets
n
Drive sales through creative promotions and activations
n
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
n

About You:

2+ years' experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role
n
Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages
n
Confident, supportive leader who enjoys developing others
n
Passionate about delivering warm, genuine guest experiences
n
Organised, adaptable, and solution-focused
n
Versatile availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
