Job Description

JB Hi-Fi in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to manage and resolve inbound customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders including backorders with supplier follow-ups. You will own complex cases, ensure timely resolutions, and maintain robust SLAs while collaborating with Account Managers.

You will drive CSAT and NPAS improvements by delivering high-quality case management and coordinating with fulfillment and sales teams.
