Job Description

The City of Parramatta is seeking a dedicated Community Care qualified to deliver participant‐centred support for people over 55, and individuals with disabilities or carers. You will manage caseloads, plan services, and coordinate group activities to promote health, wellbeing and social connection.

We offer a full-time permanent role with a market-market-competitive salary of $73,172.60 to $80,554.17 plus 12% superannuation, plus hybrid working, generous leave and wellbeing programs.
