The Role

As our Handover / Delivery Coordinator, you'll manage the delivery process and make sure every customer receives a professional and memorable experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Being the main point of contact for customer delivery enquiries
Keeping customers regularly updated on the progress of their caravan
Coordinating customer orders and delivery requirements
Finalising paperwork for dealership and caravan show sales
Managing and completing orders through the dealer portal
Coordinating and conducting customer handovers
Ensuring handovers are completed accurately and on time
Working closely with the sales and dealership teams to achieve handover targets
Resolving issues quickly and keeping the customer experience front and centre

You Will Need To Demonstrate





Ideally, you'll bring:
2+ years' experience in the caravan, recreational vehicle or automotive industr
Robust customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Confidence managing multiple customers and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
A current driver's licence
Caravan towing experience is highly regarded
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative dealership team
