Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily store operations, sales and stock management within a specialist area. You will lead a team of 20+ and work closely with other department managers, reporting to your Operations Manager and Complex Manager.

Your role focuses on delivering Best Experience to customers, managing safety, training staff and maintaining the widest range and best prices. The role requires weekend shifts (1 in 3) and some public holiday work.
