Supervising multiple exploration earthworks and civil projects
Lead and coordinate teams ensuring works are completed within timeframes and safely
Actively track delivery/quality of work packages to provide accurate progress reports
Maintain sound communication with management and client(s)
Preparation and maintenance of site documents/records and reports
Ensuring all environmental, quality and regulatory compliance are met
Show leadership in HSEQ: by active participation

REQUIREMENTS:
Statutory Supervisor Certification (S26)
Demonstrated previous experience in mining/civil construction
Previous supervisory experience
Solid understanding of safety, project delivery, and scheduling
Sound competency with Microsoft applications
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
