Positive Drinks Australia is seeking a Trainee Brewer to join our Palmyra production team. This entry point role provides hands-on training across the entire brewing process, under a Team Leader, with a four-week shift cycle and mentoring.
You’ll learn hygiene, fermentation, wort production, filtration, and packaging while pursuing formal CIBD education. We value passion for beer, a solid work ethic, teamwork, and a long-term brewing career.
