CatholicCare Tasmania is hiring a Counsellor to own and scale our digital marketing footprint from a 100% remote setup. The role focuses on paid and organic strategies, analytics-driven decision making, and collaboration with product, design, and content teams to build high-converting funnels.

You will optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube, work with HubSpot/Marketo/ActiveCampaign, and manage a transparent weekly reporting process.
