Job Description

Cambian is a UK-based provider of behavioural health services focused on improving outcomes for children and young people. This role supports the Registered Manager, deputising when needed, and leads a staff team to deliver high quality care.

You will supervise staff, ensure care plans and placements are implemented, attend reviews, and work with specialists to safeguard welfare. Training will be provided to use electronic care records and maintain accurate logs.
