Job Description

Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Home Care Worker to join Lagoona Home & Community Care at Clermont Hospital on a casual basis.

You will provide home care assistance and support to frail, aged and disabled community members and their carers, helping with daily tasks and promoting independence.

n

Lagoona operates from the Clermont Multi-Purpose Health Service campus, delivering a adaptable, consumer directed range of services five days a week.
