Job Description

Coles Group in Caboolture seeks a Delicatessen Manager to lead the deli department, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, control costs, and rostering while coaching a retail team in a rapid-paced workplace.

You will uphold food safety and quality standards, foster a one-team culture, and deliver continuous improvement across operations, merchandising and customer service. This is a full time on-site role.
