Job Description

AMES Australia, Noble Park, Victoria, is seeking a Senior Case Manager to join the Humanitarian Settlement Program team. You will deliver high-level case management, information and referral services to HSP clients and collaborate across the care team for holistic support.

You will mentor staff, liaise with partners and contribute to service innovation while staying aligned with current immigration and settlement policies. A relevant degree and at least two years' experience are required.
