Job Description

The Valuable Guys is seeking a Returns Analyst to join the Customer Solutions – Post Sales Support team in Melbourne. You will improve the Gold Service Extras program's efficiency and reduce claims costs by investigating charges and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key tasks include reconciling Gold Service Extra costs, seeking appropriate reversals, and driving process improvements across internal teams such as Finance, Supply Chain and CRM. Hybrid work options are available.
