Job Description

Unisys is seeking a junior Field Engineer in Australia to support desktop and laptop hardware, software and peripherals, following guided processes. You'll assist with device maintenance and basic network/server testing in a structured setting, with a focus on completing certification tasks.

Gaining familiarity with field engineering practices, you will help ensure client satisfaction and SLA compliance while updating incident tickets and contributing to special projects as needed.
