Job Description

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a casual nurse to lead clinical care in our aged care service. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans, lead clinical services and supervise Personal Care Workers to ensure care aligns with each resident's goals.

You'll collaborate with medical and allied health specialists and families to advocate for quality of life, maintain holistic practice, and support the team's ongoing development and leadership growth.
