Casual (regular 38 hours/week) Base $38.98 per hour + overtime available PPE supplied & maintained annually

Skillinvest is seeking an experienced Road Worker for a position with one of Victoria's leading providers in road maintenance, construction and civil works. Based in Warracknabeal, you'll be part of a supportive and energetic crew, working outdoors and operating a range of tools and machinery to help maintain our road networks.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
General Labouring Compacting, leveling, and spreading of materials
n
Routine road maintenance and emergency response
n
Truck driving and obstruction removal
n
Use of power tools and machinery
n

n

Essential requirements:

n

n
Construction Induction White Card
n
Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence
n




Traffic Management Certificates (TC1/2 & TMI1/2 at minimum)
n
Demonstrated experience in road or civil works
n
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
n
Available for after-hours emergency call-outs
n

Advantageous skills & experience:

Plant Operator Certificate Current
n
First Aid Certificate
n
Chainsaw and Polesaw Training
n

n

Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a Medical Assessment, Drug and Alcohol Screening, Police Check and Driver History Check.
