Job Description

Coles Group Insurance in Queensland is seeking a Claims Specialist for Workers' Compensation to support injured team members and ensure entitlements are explicit. This role sits in our hybrid Queensland office, blending work from home with cooperative in-office activity.

You will proactively manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims under Queensland laws, coordinate external providers, and drive engagement and recovery outcomes for our injured team members.
