About the Role

Key responsibilities:

n

Deliver comprehensive primary medical care to individuals and families across the community.
n
Conduct chronic disease management, preventative health screenings, and early interventions.
n




Perform minor clinical procedures and coordinate patient care plans with allied health staff.
n
Maintain accurate, highly confidential, and timely electronic patient health records.
n
Collaborate effectively with our practice nurses, administrative staff, and management.
n

Essential Criteria

n

n
Fellowship of the RACGP or ACRRM (FRACGP / FACRRM).
n
Current, unrestricted Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
n
Professional indemnity insurance and eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
n
Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills with patients and staff.
n
A proactive, positive, and cooperative approach to community medicine.
