What You'll Do

Lead Daily Operations

n
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations
n
Lead shifts and maintain store standards
n
Open and close the store when required
n

Coach and Support the Team

n
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations
n
Lead shifts and maintain store standards
n
Open and close the store when required

Drive Store Performance

n
Provide on-floor coaching and feedback
n
Support onboarding and development of team members
n
Help drive a positive and engaging team culture
n

Who You Are

n
Experienced retail Supervisor, Key Holder or Senior Team Member
n
Passionate about customer experience
n
Solid communicator and coach
n
Comfortable leading teams in fast-paced environments
n
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
n

Availability Requirements

n
This is a permanent full time position averaging 38 hours per week.
n
Adaptable availability across all 7 days is required.
n
Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
n
We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.
n
As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events.
n
Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential.
n

Full and permanent Australian working rights are required.
