Job Description

What Ability is expanding its Behaviour Support Practitioner team in Queensland. You will develop and implement proactive, person-centred BSPs, conduct functional behaviour assessments, and ensure ethical use of restrictive practices under NDIS guidelines.

You will collaborate with families and health teams, train support workers, and continuously refine BSPs to meet participant needs while upholding quality standards and participant rights.
