Job Description

Star Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor at Western Sydney International Airport to lead a busy team and ensure protected, professional service for our client airline. You will coach staff, monitor on‐the‐ground performance and resolve customer concerns with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will liaise with airport authorities and airline representatives, manage wheelchair assistance needs, and drive continuous improvements in service delivery in a quick-paced aviation workplace.
