Odd Culture Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join The Old Fitzroy, a cosy pub with a theatre, brasserie and main bar in Woolloomooloo. The role focuses on controlling food production, mentoring staff and collaborating on menu ideas while maintaining high standards.
