Samaritans is seeking an experienced Youth and Family Practitioner to deliver holistic, strengths-based support to young people and their families. The role covers outreach with an individual caseload and collaboration with schools, community organisations and specialist services.

The position requires extensive experience with youth issues, family systems and early intervention. A Working with Children check, Police check and First Aid/CPR are essential, with an emphasis on trauma-informed
