From you:

Fluent spoken English
n
A minimum Cert III in commercial cookery (or equivalent)
n
Police Check or willing to obtain one
n
Uniform: Traditional White Chef jacket & pants, apron, chef hat, safety shoes.
n
Chefs knives.
n
Aged Care chefs will also need Flu & covid vaccines (up to date) + Aged care experience
