Kawungan Quality Meats in Hervey Bay is seeking an experienced Retail Butchery Manager to lead our team and uphold the highest standards of quality and service.

You will confidently lead, motivate and develop a skilled team, oversee all aspects of retail butchery, manage costing and gross profit, and ensure HR policies and Protected Food procedures are followed. Join our independent butcher shop and help drive a solid team culture and customer focus.
