Job Description

Mercha is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Sydney, NSW, to own the inbound queue end-to-end and personally close revenue. You will be measured on CSAT as a headline metric, with responsibility for converting non-ICP demand and ensuring timely order confirmations.
