We're looking for an experienced Wedding Coordinator to join our team at Full Throttle Group.

n

THE ROLE

n

You'll be responsible for helping our couples bring their dream wedding to life - from the initial planning stages right through to the big day.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
Coordinating weddings from planning through to completion
n
Meeting with couples and understanding their vision
n
Managing timelines, suppliers, vendors and event details
n
Coordinating wedding days and ensuring everything runs smoothly
n
Liaising with clients, staff and external suppliers
n
Managing set-up, pack-down and event logistics
n
Problem-solving calmly and professionally when things don't go to plan
n
Ensuring our couples receive an exceptional experience from start to finish
n

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous wedding coordination or event management experience
n
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
n
Has excellent communication and people skills
n
Can confidently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
n
Is qualified, approachable and well presented
n
Can remain calm under pressure
n
Has a genuine passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences
n
Is confident working independently while also being part of a team
n
Has flexibility to work weekends and wedding days as required
n
